Our Packages

How It Works

A simple fundraising process built for Rotary Clubs and Districts.

Step 1

Select Your Package

Your BOD�s & Club want to raise some money for your charities! Thanks for allowing Charity Getaways to help you! Select one of our Golden Ticket Destination packages, determine the date, and how you want to celebrate your ticket prize draw!

Step 2

Register Your Club

Register your club and event name on our website: CharityGetaways.com. Click the menu tab, then Sign In / Sign Up. Be sure to add my name, Jeannie, as the person you spoke with. You will add the event date, which will be the day of the prize draw!

Step 3

Promote Your Event

Print out several flyers and/or make display photos or posters to promote your prize draw event. Print tickets for selling! I will help you determine your proceeds goal, which will determine what price you want to sell the 100 tickets. We suggest $75-$100 per ticket.

Step 4

Celebrate Your Winner

After you have sold all the tickets, alert the media and make a big deal of the prize draw! Celebrate with your winner.

Step 5

Submit Post Event Report

Complete the Post Event Report on our website. Click the menu tab, then click Post Event Report. Once the report is submitted, you will receive an invoice. Submit payment. Count proceeds!

Step 6

Winners Book Their Trip

When Charity Getaways receives your payment, a Congratulations letter along with the winner�s personal ID number will be sent, allowing them to register themselves on the website and book their trip!
